Discover our new Costa Rica SHB EP, a vibrant and well-balanced coffee with smooth notes of milk chocolate, toasted almond, and a hint of lemon. SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) refers to coffee grown at altitudes above 4500 feet resulting in a denser bean. EP (European Preparation) refers to hand sorting that removes defects and improve quality in the cup. As compared to our Costa Rica Honey, this selection brings a richer body and deeper flavor, while still showcasing the balanced sweetness and brightness for which Costa Rican coffees are known.
